In Bewegung: Du kannst Dich für neue Themenfelder und Technologien begeistern und hast die Leidenschaft Neues zu gestalten. Du hast etwas, für das Du brennst

Hard skills: Schüler:in mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Interesse – wenn Du Lust auf unsere Themen hast, kannst Du Dich aber auch gerne für etwas ganz anderes interessieren

Soft skills: Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich genauso erfolgreich, wie im Team und Du möchtest Deine Ideen einbringen

Motiviert: Du hast sehr gute Schulleistungen oder hast anderweitig Außergewöhnliches geleistet

Time: Du bist für einen Zeitraum ab 2 Monaten verfügbar

Place: Du kannst bis zu 2 Tage remote arbeiten und bist immer willkommen in einem unserer Offices in München, Augsburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf oder Berlin

Who we are.
Vindelici Advisors is a value-driven consulting firm that takes responsibility for transformation and puts people at the centre.

Since our foundation in 2018, we have been supporting clients from a wide range of industries. Our goal is to accompany our partners and develop a deep understanding of their challenges. We believe that diversity leads to new perspectives, unconventional consulting approaches and thus to extraordinary results.

Why we exist.
Our journey began with a vision that was shaped by our shared experiences. We observed a widespread pattern in the business world that was characterised by a rigid adherence to hierarchical structures and an overriding emphasis on processes over results. The desire for security and comfort was often more important than actually taking responsibility and striving for real freedom and innovation.

All of this led us to create an organisation that challenges existing norms and sets a new standard. Vindelici Advisors was born out of a passion to push the boundaries of conventional thinking and pave the way for a paradigm shift.

We firmly believe that freedom and the exercise of true responsibility are essential components of a successful professional environment. Vindelici Advisors aims to mould people into self-determined leaders who are deeply rooted in the values of freedom, responsibility and democracy.
